This project consists of the following actions involving two parcels in the Rural Community of Sutter: A GPA from IND to COM designation and a rezone from M-2 to C-2 District for a 2.11 acre portion of a 12.3 acre parcel. A GPA from AG-40 to IND designations and a rezone from AG to M-2 District for a 65' x 603' strip of an existing 18.4 acre parcel. A GPA from IND to AG-40 designations and a rezone from M-2 to AG District for a 47.7' x 821.7' strip of an existing 18.4 acre parcel. A tentative subdivision map to adjust the boundaries between an 18.4 acre parcel and a 12.3 acre parcel and divide a 12.3 acre parcel into four parcels sized 2.11 to 3.89 acres. A design review application for a 9,100 sf retail sales building on a proposed 2.11 acre parcel.
