The proposed project conforms to the existing RS zoning district and UL-2 General Plan designations that apply to the property. The project proposes to remove the existing single family home, accessory buildings, and vegetation, including 64 existing trees. The project will extend utilities to the site and complete Lomitas Avenue on the site frontage.
