Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0258-R3), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dave Daly, Solano County Nut Tree Airport. The project is part of a larger tree removal project, which includes the removal of approx. 1,700 trees on approx. 20 acres. The portion of the project subject to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0258-R3, is limited to the removal of 5.63 acre stand of mostly blue gum eucalyptus trees located on the banks of Pine Tree Creek, and a 0.26 acre stand of eucalyptus located on the banks of Horse Creek (total of 5.89 acres). Tree removal will be conducted along 1,630 linear feet of Pine Tre Creek and 170 lf of Horse Creek. The Permittee will remove both stands of trees which are considered obstructions to navigable airspace and a hazard to flight safety by the Federal Aviation Administration and Caltrans.
