The LSP proposes 1,503 low-, medium-, and high-density residences, including single family detached, single family attached, and multi family residences. The project would also include a pedestrian-friendly 2.8-acre centrally located recreation area (The Commons) that would contain private recreational amenities, an adjacent neighborhood commercial site with up to 10,000 sf, and a proposed bus stop on Liberty Dt. The LSP would create parks and greenbelts. A K-8 school is proposed between The Commons and Village Parkway.
