Document Description
The Sebastopol Charter School was approved in 2016 under UPE14-0090. A project mitigation measure of the Use Permit, incorporated as Condition of Approval No. 62, requires construction of an enhanced pedestrian crossing of SR 116 at Danmar Dr. The approved amendment to this Condition allows use of interim measures to ensure pedestrian safety until the crossing is installed. The action included approval of a Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration that was adopted in 2016.
