Document Description
Maintenance dredge a maximum of 13,000 cubic yards of sediment material in Angelo Slough and Belmont Slough to maintain sufficient water flow through Angelo Slough from Belmont Slough to the Foster City, Lagoon intake structure. Dredged material will be disposed of at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approved disposal sites or at approved beneficial upland use sites. Dredged material may not be sold. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 3-year General Lease - Dredging through Dec. 5, 2019.
