Note: Response to Comments Note: The Final IS/MND is available on the City's website at www.ci.agoura-hills.ca.us A request for approval of a CUP to build a 134,000 sf, three-story hotel with surface parking on two parcels to be merged into one. The request includes the review of an Oak Tree Permit for the removal of one oak tree and the encroachment into the protected zone of 5 others. The project requires a Variance to exceed the max allowable height of a commercial building, a Sign Permit to install new signage along with a Variance to exceed the max allowable size of building-mounted signage on both the primary and secondary elevations.
