Note: Extended Per Lead The applicant proposes to develop a gated for sale residential project, including common areas with recreational facilities and associated infrastructure. The project would require a GPA to change the land use designation from PO to M; and a zoning change from PA to a PDO. The project would consist of a total of 245 residential units on 20.18 net acres. The project's common use areas would include a clubhouse with a spa and a pool, a bocce court, four tot lots, and five picnic areas. Planned storm drainage improvements include converting the concrete lined channel to a more natural infiltration swale. Improvements would also be made to Pala Community Park to be inclusive for children with special needs. Off site landscape improvements north of the project site along Pechanga Parkway will also be included.
