Note: Notice of Availability The project would demolish two existing buildings (35,057 sf), retain the existing theater building, and construct an 8-story, 95-ft residential building providing six levels of residential units above a concrete parking structure with 2 levels above grade and one subterranean level. The first two stories would be wrapped with habitable space along De Longpre Ave and St. Andrews Place in front of the parking and would contain an entry lobby on the ground floor along De Longpre Ave. The project proposes a total of 185 residential units, including 5 studio apartments, 75 one-bedroom apartments, 70 two bedroom apartments, and 35 three-bedroom apartments. The units range in size from 464 sf (studio) to 2,162 sf (three-bedroom apartment).
