The District is proposing to replace the temporary connection between the Gould Canal and Friant-Kern Canal with a permanent structure in order to facilitate the potential exchange of recaptured CVP Friant Division water supplies with the District's available non-Project water. The site is located near the intersection of the District's Gould Canal and the Friant-Kern Canal, west of Trimmer Springs Road approximately nine miles northeast of the City of Sanger, in Fresno County.
