Request by HDFT Investments for a Vesting Tract Map (Tract 3091) to demolish two existing residences, a detached garage and accessory building, subdivide two existing parcels ranging in size from 1,433 sf to 2,896 sf and construct eight dwelling units ranging in size from 396 sf to 1,537 sf for the purpose of sale and/or development. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 12,196 sf of the parcel. The proposed project is within the Residential Multi Family land use category and is located at the southwest corner of San Antonia and 1st St, Avila Beach, CA, within the community of Avila Beach. The site is in the Coastal Zone and San Luis Bay Coastal planning area.
