Document Description
The approved project FEIR Alternative 2b includes the upgrading two existing fire hydrants and the installation of two new fire hydrants at the mobile home park. New 8-inch water lines will be installed to serve the new and replaced fire hydrants within the park. Lastly, the project included the repaving of the existing hammerhead turnaround for the fire department. The project that was approved is not what was originally requested. The city Council chose to approve one of the Environmental Alternatives (Alternative 2b) contained within the FEIR. Alt. 2b met most of the project objectives while eliminating all the significant impacts.
