Document Description
Changes to a previously studied/approved project consisting of 3 components: 1) Transit Center; 2) event center/business space; 3) 120 townhome units. Changes consist of replacing the previously approved (but not yet built) event center/business space with a 38-unit townhome development. The other components (Transit Center and 120-unit townhome development) are already built and operational. On 11/29/16, the City certified the Covina Transit Oriented Mixed-Use Development Project EIR and filed an NOD for that decision. On 1/18/22, the City determined that the addendum to the certified EIR addresses the modifications under CEQA and approved the modified project.
