Document Description
The 3.2 acre project site is currently occupied by an automotive strip mall called Autoplex at 375 Bristol Street in the GC land use designation and PDC zone. The proposal involves demolition of the existing automotive strip mall and the development of a two story, 774-unit Mini-Storage Facility and 5,000 sf Food Court Building. The proposed project consists of a rezone R-14-04 from Panned Development commercial to General Business District.
