Preparation of a Climate Action Plan to identify measures an actions intended to reduce GHG in accordance with the state recommended reduction target of 15 percent below 2007 levels by 2020, consistent with AB 32, and to establish a path to obtain 2050 state targets associated with EO S-03-05. This is consistent with a 56 percent reduction below 2007 levels by 2035.
