Document Description
The City of Los Banos certified an EIR and adopted the City of Los Banos 2030 General Plan Update on July 15, 2009. Figure 5-4 Farmland, erroneously showed portions of the area within the Urban Growth Boundary as Urban and Built-up Land when these areas were actually farmland. The City proposes to correct the error with a General Plan amendment and is preparing a supplemental EIR to re-analyze the General Plan's impacts on agricultural resources.
