SANBAG, in cooperation with Caltrans and the City of Highland, proposes to improve State Route 210/Base Line Interchange (PM Revised [R] 28.3/r30.3) in the City of Highland, San Bernardino County, CA. Specifically, the project would widen Base Line form Buckeye Street to Seine Avenue and widen three of the four existing SR-210 interchange ramps. The purpose of the proposed project is to reduce congestion and improve operational efficiency throughout the Base Line corridor at the SR-210 interchange.
