Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of an Annexation Request into the City of Vista, a zone change, and a tentative subdivision map to subdivide a 16.99 acre parcel into 14 lots of varying sizes, but at least one acre min; however, no homes are proposed to be built at this time. The proposed project involves mass grading, construction of building pads, driveways and two private streets, installation of wet and dry utilities (including off site sewer connection), emergency only access road, and street improvements on Vista Grande Dr, Preliminary calculations of the overall mass grading of the site are estimated at 27,050 cy of cut and fill, which would be balanced on the site. The project would be developed in two main phases; the first phase (site development) is anticipated to take 12 months, the timing and length of second phase (house construction) is unknown at this point.
