Document Description
A residential subdivision of a 25,023 sf parcel that includes two lots (Parcel 1 - 12,041 sf and Parcel 2 - 12,982 sf). The proposal includes only subdivision of the existing parcel and no development is currently proposed. The subdivision also includes the dedication of a 10-ft wide public trail easement along the eastern portion of the subdivision boundary. The future design of the house(s) and associated improvements will require discretionary approval by the Design Review Board.
