The project is limited to four permanent culvert installations over unnamed Class II watercourses, sixteen permanent culvert installations over unnamed Class II watercourses, and water drafting from the East Branch Russian Gulch. The project is located on unnamed Class II and Class II watercourse tributaries to the East Branch Russian Gulch, and the East Branch Russian Gulch, a Class I watercourse, in the County of Sonoma, State of CA. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0345-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to project Applicant, Brook Edwards, The Wildlands Conservancy.
