Document Description
Replace top layer of the decomposed grainte from the driveway, parking area and pathways on the K Street side of Sutter's Fort State Historic Park to improve drainage and create a more level driveway. Work will: * Remove approximately 6,000 square feet of decomposed granite from the driveway, parking area and pathways; * Remove concrete access pad in front of dumpster; * Excavate no more than 12" to level the underlying ground to create a smooth surface; * Pour new concrete for new dumpster access pad; and * Lay and then compact approximately 8" of soil cement to create a new driveway.
