Document Description
The Applicant proposes to construct 3 to 5 feet of un-grouted riprap over a 6 inch layer of sand and restoring 10 feet of compacted fill beyond the ungrouted riprap with a maximum of 3:1 slope. The maximum elevation depth associated with the project is 5.5 feet. All materials and equipment will access the site upstream of the work site, from Kanan Road near the culvert inlet. Initially the excavator will need to enter the creek by driving down the stream bank, just upstream of the culvert headwall. Once the excavator is in place, a crane will be used to lift materials from the staging area located on Kanan Road, down to the stream at the upstream end of the culvert. The excavator will be used to haul loads of materials through the culvert and to the project work site.
