The project includes the drilling of a class II well. A class II well is required because the site operates as a camp which has been granted a Use Permit and a Class II well is required to serve the facility. A Class I well will be destroyed and the new well will be located an area that has been graded and will not require significant vegetation removal or impact sensitive species. No adverse physical impacts are expected to occur as a result of installing the well.
