Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The South Mesa Water company graded the property in November 2014. They constructed a 2.5 Million Gallon reservoir in December 2015. They then sealed and added an inlet to the tank in February 2016. The project will provide for the operation of this facility.
