Document Description
The proposed project is the development of a new Mental Health Courthouse on a 1.3 acre site for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The proposed project includes the demolition of the existing structure (Hollywood Courthouse), which is an approximately 40,000 square foot, two-story courthouse built in 1986. The new building will be approximately 54,000 square feet, and includes holding space, clerk areas, county and court-related offices, four courtrooms and administrative and judicial space. The project includes surface parking and secured parking locted in a 9,000 square foot basement.
