Issue a right of entry permit (ROE) to the Casa Mira homeowners Association to allow access to Roosevelt Beach in Half Moon Bay State Beach from Young Avenue and to allow for the staging of all rock and equipment at the north end of the Roosevelt Beach parking lot. Permittee will transport rock through the existing beach access route at the north end of the lot and travel north along the state beach to deposit rip rap.
