Document Description
The project encompasses five stream encroachments. Two unauthorized encroachments involving riparian tree cutting and water diversion from Luffenholtz Creek, which were documented in a Notice of Violation by CDFW on October 2, 2014. Two encroachments to remediate the unauthorized encroachments. One proposed encroachment to relocate and improve the existing water diversion structures.
