Department of Water Resources is providing a Stressed Basins Grant to assist the County in preparations for the State Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). The Sustainable ground water planning grant program is funded by Proposition 1, and is designed to provide funding for projects that develop and implement groundwater plans and projects consistent with sustainable groundwater planning.
