Document Description
The current C-1-2865 Senior Mobility Program agreement with the Orange County Transportation Authority will expire on June 30, 2016 and prior to executing the next five year extension, the attached Agency Service Plan needs City Council approval. This agreement provides the revenue to fund the in-house van transportation program for the Senior Nutrition Transportation Program participants.
