Document Description
The proposed water quality and habitat restoration and enhancement projects at Crystal cove State Parks provide wide ranging benefits to the coastal waters of California. The project includes retro-fitting 2 parking areas with low impact development type (LID) BMPs that will collect and infiltrate storm water that can carry sediments, petroleum products, heavy metals, and trash resulting in potential impacts to coastal and marine ecosystems.
