Document Description
DFD staff will remove vegetation from the sloped embankment of the BAPP intake Channel. The Intake Channel embankment is approximately two and a half miles long and 60 feet wide. Vegetation removal will be done on both the primary and secondary side of the channel. An excavator with thumb attachment, as well as hand tools, will be used to remove vegetation from the top of the lower access roads. The entire embankment of the intake channel is approximately 20 acres in area. Removed vegetation will be taken to agree waste receptacle staged in the lot surrounding Banks Pumping Plant.

This project will not result in impacts to special status species or habitat.
