This project would provide vehicle parking at 300 Via Nicolas, Pacific Palisades, CA, Property (LACO Assessor's ID No: 4416-002-902, Lot 16). The lot is owned by the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation and is managed as a part of Topanga State Park. The lot is not a public use area within Topanga State Parks. The proposed location has previously been used for parking and was determined to be "de minimis" under CDPR environmental review protocols. Currently a gravel road and parking lot cover the majority of Lot 16.
