The State Water Resources Control Board is a responsible agency for this project. The City of Mt. Shasta proposes to conduct feasibility and planning studies, including a water utility rate study, leak detection, preliminary engineering report, environmental documentation, site surveying, and plans and specification for water distribution system improvements Anticipated improvements include about 23,000 ft of replacement pipeline.
