Document Description
The Proposed project involves an agreement between San Diego Unified Port District (District) and Nissho of California, Inc. (Nissho) for maintenance services at Ruocco Park in the city of San Diego. Services include lawn and landscape maintenance, pest control, irrigation, litter pickup, trash removal, recycling removal, recycling separation, janitorial services, hardscape and cleaning and weed control in landscape and hardscape areas. Currently, the District has an agreement for maintenance services at Ruocco Park that is set to expire June 30, 2016. The agreement for the proposed project is anticipated to commerce on July, 1 2016, and terminate on June 30, 2020.
