Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Article 6.5, Cal. Code Regs., Title 22, Chapter 20, Section 66270.42 approved a Class 1* Permit Modification to amend the approved Post Closure Plan issued on March 18, 2010 to Former Baron Blakeslee. The Class 1* Permit Modification changed the Real Propert Ownership's name and mailing address from Gallade Enterprises, LLC to TC Park, LLC due to the sell of the Real Property. All of the Post Closure Permit requirements would remain in effect to March 17, 2020.
