Document Description
DPR will issue a Right of Entry permit to The Nature Conservancy to map and treat yellow star thistle and Sahara mustard in Coal Canyon. Mapping will be conducted using widely utilized techniques including GPS units and marking locations on field maps. All field data will be entered using herbicide applied with backpack and hand held sprayers by a licensed applicator. All access will be from established dirt roads on Chino Hills SP.
