Document Description
The project is limited to the following activities:
1) Excavation of accumulated sediments and excessive overgrowth of emergent aquatic vegettaion from the instream pond with a long reach excavator (This work was completed prior to obtaining an Agreement with the Department which has resulted in the issuance of a Notice of Violation).
2) Remove accumulated vegetative debris from the area of the pond outflow culverts to prevent flooding and overflow of the pond during upcoming storm events.
3) Replace and remediate and enhance riparian vegetation and habitat damaged during previous flooding cleaning activities.
