Document Description
The proposed project will repair scour that is occurring at the abutments on the inlet (east) side of the Kelsey Creek Bridge. The project will repair the scour at both abutments by placing rock slope protection (RSP). The project will place a total of 10 cubic yards of RSP that will in 0.003 acres (43 linear feet) of permanent impacts to Kelsey Creek and 0.001 acre (15 linear feet) of permanent impacts to Houghton Creek. Access will occur from north and south of the bridge, along the east side of SR 175. The proposed access route will require clearing and grubbing of approximately 0.02 acre of Himalayan blackberry (Rubus armeniacus).
