Document Description
Trailhead improvements will better accommodate visitor use. The chain link fence will be removed and replaced with 200 linear feet of two-rail beige woodcrete fencing. The fencing will block vehicle access into the park. A new trail entrance will be installed at a lower, flatter approach. The existing fence gate at the southern end will be replaced with a 10-12 foot metal pipe gate for utility access. A wooden interpretive kiosk will be installed. A vault-style public toilet, trash cans and a wooden picnic table will be installed. A 30-foot accessible trail will lead from the main trail to the picnic table.
