This project falls under Class 1 (15301(c)) exemption under CEQA as well as Class 1, Categories 3 and 20 exemptions of the LA CEQA Guidelines. The project involves the minor alteration of existing alleys into a "green alleys". The activities will not involve the removal of a scenic resource, to include but not limited to a stand of trees, rock outcropping, or a historic building. None of the limitations set forth in State CEQA Guidelines 15300.2 apply (see attached narrative).
