Document Description
Previously approved improvements to the entry roadway for the gated community of Emerald Bay required the use of Swanson Park, immediately adjacent to the roadway, as a construction staging area. As a result, repair and maintenance activities are required to restore and repair the park landscaping including existing accessory facilities. No enlargement or expansion is proposed. The repair and restoration to Swanson Park include approximately 150 cubic yards of cut, 450 cubic yards of fill, 300 cubic yards of import, re-landscaping of disturbed areas, accessory support features including trellises and lighting, a wedding pavillon, replacemtn of the basketball court approximately 200' south of the existing location, and reconstruction of an existing bridge approximately 30' north of the existing location in order to limit the necessary grading.
