Document Description
OID and SSJID propose to provide up to 75,000 acre-feet of local water available to USBR at New Melones Reservoir, provided OID and SSJID receive an allocation of 600,000 acre-feet of water from USBR on April 1, 2016. During April and May of 2016, USBR will release the water as a pulse flow from Goodwin Dam as identified in the Stanislaus River Minimum Fish Flow Schedule per Appendix 2-E of the June 2009 National Marine Fishery Service Biological Opinion on the long-term operations of the CVP and the SWP. The pulse flow will provide benefits within the Delta as well as contribute to Delta outflow.
