Document Description
The purpose of this project is the emergency replacement of the fire-water storage tank at the Toner property. The existing tank (18' diameter x 15' height) will be drained, removed using heavy equipment, disassemble, and placed in the metal recycling container onsite. The new water tank (15' 4-5/8" diameter x 24' 1 1/2" height, 33,549 gallon capacity) will be placed in the same area as the existing tank. The existing concrete slab foundation will be demolished and replaced by a new 20'x20x1'6" concrete slab foundation in the same general location. In order to properly anchor the new foundation the area will need to be excavated up to a depth of 3'.
