Document Description
The proposed revision of the existing Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) is to account for an increase in hours for ancillary operations from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Ancillary operations consist of support activities: such as equipment maintenance and preparation, road maintenance, and water spray for dust control as early as 5:30 a.m. After the site closes to the public for the receipt of refuse, ancillary activities consist of refuse spreading and compaction operations, equipment maintencne, grounds maintenance, and other activities necessary to secure the site until 7:00 p.m.
