Document Description
The project involves two phases. Phase 1 includes dewatering of Pond 3 and 4 as needed. The sludge will be spread out approximately 18,250 CY and will be periodically turned for aeration. At the end of the drying period the sludge be hauled to the landfill. Phase two includes construction of an aerated solids wasting tank, a pump station, and blowers on previously disturbed ground at the City's existing wastewater treatment (WWTP) plant.
