Document Description
The KPFA establish a framework and pathway to address water and resource-related issues, including the interests of irrigation-related parties, in the Klamath Basin. The framework and pathway requireds federal legislation for the federal Parties to operate and maintain the Link River Dam and Keno Dam and Development consistent with existing contracts once transfer of the facilities occurs. By signing the KPFA, CNRA will support such efforts to address water and resource related issues in the Klamath Basin.
