Caltrans will conduct soil, cultural, and biological surveys in DWR's WSDB for the SR 269 bridge project. The soil and cultural surveys require drilling and digging trenches. Trail cameras and track stations will be installed for the biological surveys. DWR will issue an encroachment permit for this work; Caltrns will benefit.
