In general, the project consists of the removal and replacement of an aerator, clarifier machinery, effluent pumps and safety features for Waterworks District No. 38 Wastewater Treatment Plan. The project also includes repairing and improving with the installation of remote monitoring/telemery equipment two existing lift staions and grading of the existing maintenance access easement. The only addition that may go outside the original footprint is if a backup generator is placed next to the Wastewater Treatment Plant on one or two four-foot by six-foot cement pads.
