The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Fish Market REstaurants, Inc. (Tenant) for their continued use of thirty-one (31) parking spaces in the G-Street Mole parking lot located at One Tuna Lane in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP would be used only and exclusively for the purpose of reserved parking for Tenant's employees, guests, valet and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District in each instance.
