Document Description
The approximately 590-acre Project includes mass grading approximately 185 acres to create 10 single family residential development villages, including approximately 809 lots, an elementary school, a park, a trail corridor, and road and utility improvements. The grading and development of the Project will result in permanent impacts of 310 cubic yards of earthen fill required for construction of housing development and will permanently impact 0.09 acres of waters of the state.
